Project Overview

Airport Road and Pine Ridge Road, Naples, Florida

300,000 square foot power center, construction of which was completed in 1994. Mr. Freeman handled all aspects of the development of this center. Major tenants include Winn Dixie, T.J. Maxx, Service Merchandise, Circuit City, Ross, OfficeMax, and Eckerd. Mr. Freeman was a joint venture partner with Wilma South Corporation. The joint venture sold the project just prior to the start of construction. This project involved a rezoning and extensive coordination with the local governmental authorities.
